I'm Liv and I have a penchant for most of the things your gran does - cooking, gardening, good grammar and cats.

A little about me: I’m 30, a self-confessed true-crime nut and I bloody love to write. I love the way words can enable you to engage and connect with your audience. Words you can touch, taste, feel. How words can be your best friend. But, like that best friend you once had in primary school that nicked your lime-green connector pen (the rarest of them all), they can also turn on you in an instant, so must be treated with the utmost respect and care.

 

After completing degrees in Fashion Merchandising at RMIT and Advertising at Deakin, I went on to work in various roles in communications and events before stumbling across copywriting and falling head over heels; your classic girl-meets-copywriting story, really.

I'm passionate about finding the right voice for the job and feel copy content should always maintain three key factors:

Search Engine Optimisation, readability and impeccable grammar.

In my down time you can usually find me listening to true-crime podcasts, whispering sweet nothings in my cat's ear or in the kitchen trying to master the perfect pork crackling.
